Ok WHEN👏🏻 I👏🏻 TELL👏🏻 YOU👏🏻 that this is THE premium chocolate experience you will get in this area, you gotta believe me! (So we actually loved our experience last time we promised to leave a review but totally forgot the name of the kind soul that helped us and been meaning to go back to get her name) 🙏🏻 I had visited a few times before, but didn't feel welcomed or felt like I had to chase someone down to sheepishly ask for a single sample which they begrudgingly handed over while I was the only one in the store. So it was hard to want to buy anything. That is, before Jessica. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, answering all our questions and offering suggestions to help us find our one true (chocolate) love. We bid adieu and walked out with some purchases of chocolate hopefully to last us a while for the sake of our wallets. So months later, finally, we went back hoping she was there and trying to remember what we liked last time (raspberry blackberry white chocolate and the blackberry dark chocolate for future reference) and would you know it, freaking Jessica chimes in from the side "Yeah last time you guys liked that one." Make sure when buying chocolates with nuts they give you the ones with decent amount of nuts. I got cheated twice, after coming home realized the hazelnut milk chocolate barely has nuts. Either they reduced the number of nuts in the chocolate when manufacturing or they are misleading by maintaining separate batches of the same product

Anthony, the manager, was absolutely incredible. I was shopping for someone with a gluten allergy, and he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect chocolates. His patience and friendly attitude truly stood out. Even as other customers walked in, he still greeted everyone — something so simple yet so rare these days. I complimented him several times because his customer service was exceptional. I even suggested he train others, because he genuinely understands what it means to deliver service that exceeds expectations. Anthony is a standout example of what great customer care looks like.

I had some of the vegan dark and cashew milk chocolate and it was the best quality and most delicious chocolate I’ve ever eaten. I really appreciate the vegan options and they were so so yummy. I received amazing customer service from Megan!! 10/10 would recommend

i love laderach! they always let me test a sample before i buy and i can really taste the quality. megan and anthony are sweethearts!!
